Denver - Saturday, June 15 - KNUS will be hosting 5K and 10K runs in the first ever Cherry Creek Dam Run to benefit Project C.U.R.E.  There will also be 12 mile and 24 mile bike rides.  Information and registration can be found at 710 KNUS.com.

Castle Rock - Saturday, June 22 - Grand reopening (after a fire burned down their building) of the Castle Rock Bike & Ski Shop, 411 4th Street.  John DeLay from Pegasus will be serving FREE grilled hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad from 3-6PM.  I will be giving away gift cards to everyone who stops by.
